Picture Show of Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

Here is A Cute of Hudson when he is helping me mix everything together!
Begin with a food processor. We were blessed with this one.
My brother and sister-n-law gave it to us, and we have gotten so much use out of it!
Here is the oats to start...
Cutting them...
Okay here is what they should look like :-)
All the dry ingredients...
Nothing better than farm fresh eggs! These are from our very own Henrietta's. ;-)
Hudson trying to open the egg...
He needed mommy's help. ;-)
Unsweetened apple sauce. This is our home processed applesauce. I do believe the apples used for this batch was given to us by Aunt Vicky and Uncle Steve. The blessings of family and sharing our abundance.
Hudson wanted Teddy Bear to see him working. awe
Cinnamon time.... Hudson put a little more in and it was good!
Adding the wet to the dry, my helper is hitting the pulse button for me.
Me trying to be creative getting a mixing shot. ;-)
I put the mix back into a measuring cup for easy pouring... I do keep a small Teflon skillet on hand to do pancakes on or eggs to help cut down on oil. I have not yet found a way to get my food from sticking to my stainless steel pans.
Elizabeth "cooking".... aka emptying my measuring spoons from the drawer. lol
mmmmm hot pancakes
To top them off, nothing better than homemade maple Syrup from Uncle Steve. YUMMY!
I have been letting the kids have picnics in the living room... They each ate 3 pancakes this morning! You can tell they love them. I actually ate mine minus the syrup to help watch points. They are very good alone.
That's all..... Oh yeah again, I freeze the leftovers as you see I make more than plenty. It is very easy to just pop them in the toaster for a quick breakfast!
